氢气和动脉血管健康的关系研究

     今天有朋友问,氢气对颈动脉斑块是否有作用?印象中没有这方面的临床试验,但毕竟文献越来越多,怕记不住,就pub了下,寻找到37篇和血管健康相关的文献。总体上来说,从2008年太田课题组研究氢水对动脉硬化动物模型效应研究后,中国学者进行了各方面的血管健康相关研究,其中包括血脂紊乱相关的临床试验,但确实没有对人类动脉斑块的临床研究。研究比较集中的团队是山东第一医科大学秦树存宋国华教授小组。该团队也进行了人体血脂紊乱和心绞痛等临床试验。
     动脉斑块是比较客观的动脉硬化影像学证据,具有重要临床价值。氢气和氢水如果对动脉硬化真正具有作用,确实应该从这个指标上进行研究。我记得多年前有临床医生认为,进行这个研究条件比较好,因为临床上有许多患者进行颈内动脉斑块的检测。只是担心氢气是否能产生这么大的作用。我认为可以结合临床上使用的他汀类药物,某些患者不愿意服用他汀的,可作为比较重要的单独用氢的一组。不过动脉硬化的产生需要很长时间,有效的逆转和干预手段也需要足够长时间。这可能给临床试验带来额外的困难。
